Box Office Information
To reserve tickets over the phone, you must pay with a credit card (all major credit cards accepted, a service charge of $4 may apply). Tickets can be mailed or claimed at the theatre's Will-Call one hour prior to show time.
To pay with cash or check, you can purchase and pick up your tickets at the RMTC Business Office during regular office hours or at the theatre door one hour prior to show time.

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION
EXCHANGE POLICIES: All sales are final. Dress Circle members and season subscribers may exchange tickets 24 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets for another performance of the same production. Individual ticket holders will be charged $4 per ticket to exchange. This must be done 48 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets.
CANCELLATION: If a performance is cancelled, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production or another production in the same season. If tickets are unable to be exchanged, we ask that patrons consider making a tax-deductible donation of their tickets.
TAX DONATIONS: Unused tickets may be donated to the theatre for a tax credit if released prior to date and time on the tickets. These tickets should be returned to the RMTC Box Office.
WALK-UP PURCHASES: Tickets may be purchased at the theatre one hour prior to show time.
ACCESSIBILITY: The RMTC Cabaret Theatre and Virginia Samford Theatre are handicap/wheelchair accessible and contain elevators and ushers for those who need assistance. If assistance is needed, plan to arrive 30-45 minutes before the start of the performance so that we may best accommodate your needs.
LATE SEATING: Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and are not guaranteed their previously purchased seats.
RECORDING DEVICES: The use of cameras, video recorders or recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited. All cell phones and beepers must be turned off or placed on silent mode during the performance.
PARKING: Free and handicap parking for the RMTC Cabaret Theatre is located along 3rd and 4th Avenues. Paid parking is located directly across the street from the theatre on 19th Street North. Free and handicap parking for the Virginia Samford Theatre is located along 26th Street South and along Highland Avenue.
