RMTC's Got it Comin'
Red Mountain Theatre Company (RMTC) brings a little "razzle dazzle" to Birmingham with CHICAGO, September 27-October 7, 2007, at the RMTC Cabaret Theatre (301 19th Street North).
An electrifying tale of greed, murder and show biz set in urban Chicago during the roaring '20s. Roxie Hart, an ambitious chorus girl, is sent to jail for the murder of her lover. With the help of tricky lawyer Billy Flynn, Roxie must convince her gullible husband, Amos, and the city of Chicago of her innocence before it's too late!
Filled with hit songs like "All That Jazz," "When You're Good to Mama" and "Cell Block Tango," CHICAGO features a gorgeous ensemble led by Caprenia Anthony, Morgan Smith and Tam DeBolt performing sizzling numbers choreographed in the style of Bob Fosse.
