Intermediate and Advanced Broadway Bootcamp

We are so excited that you are interested in auditioning for Intermediate and Advanced Broadway Bootcamp! This year, our audition will be virtual – so below you’ll find 4 easy steps for this process.

1. Follow this link to complete the audition form, uploading a headshot and resume.
2. Film yourself delivering a self-prepared 30-second monologue. Include a slate at the beginning stating your name and age. Title the file “First Name_Last Name monologue” and upload it here https://www.dropbox.com/request/das4xOscKEt0OfmeUsKw
3. Film yourself delivering a self-prepared 16-bar song with either a track or with live piano accompaniment. You’ll need two devices if you’re using a track – one to record your voice and the other to play the track. Include a slate at the beginning stating your name and age. Title the file “First Name_Last Name Song Title” and upload it here https://www.dropbox.com/request/das4xOscKEt0OfmeUsKw
4. After you have completed the audition form, RMT will send you an instructional video on Friday, March 12th at 9:00 a.m. (which will be available only until Saturday, March 13th at 5:00 p.m.) of choreography you must learn. Review that and then film yourself executing the combination. You’ll need two devices for this – one to record your dance and the other to play the instructional video’s music. Include a slate at the beginning stating your name and age. Title the file “First Name_Last Name Choreography” and upload it here. https://www.dropbox.com/request/das4xOscKEt0OfmeUsKw

You can start submitting your song and monologue videos immediately. Choreography videos may be submitted once the instructional video is provided on Friday, March 12th at 9:00 am. All audition submissions are due no later than Saturday, March 13th at 5:00 p.m. No late submissions will be accepted.

Recruit Broadway Bootcamp

We are so excited that you are interested in auditioning for Recruit Broadway Bootcamp! Only students who have never participated in Broadway Bootcamp must audition for Recruit Bootcamp. If you attended previously, check your email for a registration link.

Auditions will be taking place at the RMT Arts Campus on Saturday, April 17th at 1:30 pm. Below are some steps you can take to be ready for your audition. Please make sure to complete steps 1 and 2 before April 17th.

1. Follow this link to complete the audition form, uploading a headshot and resume.
2. Sign up for an audition here to guarantee an audition slot and set you up for reminder emails closer to the audition date.
3. On the day of auditions, we look forward to hearing you sing part of a song, about 16 measures or 45 seconds (usually a verse or a chorus), from memory. If you have the sheet music for that song, we will have a pianist to play for you. If you can’t find a song, we will have a book of familiar songs, such as Happy Birthday and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, from which you can choose. After you sing, we’d like to hear you say a short joke or a poem (no more than 30 seconds). We also suggest bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable clothes for dancing.
