As a Tony Award winning Broadway Producer and more than 40-year-old regional theatre, RMT is seeking an energetic, versatile individual for the position of Box Office Manager to support our mission of creating powerful theatre experiences that enrich, educate, and engage audiences – nourishing the human spirit, fostering valuable life skills, and cultivating a deeper sense of community.  

The Box Office Manager is responsible for the management of every facet of the ticket sales process. From building out events in our Patron Manager software to servicing patron inquiries, the Box Office Manager ensures a high-quality consistent experience for patrons while maximizing revenue to the organization.   

Qualifications: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Strong computer skills including CRM software experience  
  • Self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment  
  • Candidate must also have the ability to work with the public and possess conflict resolution skills

Accountant

  • Experienced accountant who loves helping nonprofits grow? 
  • Dependable self-started interested in part time work of 25-30 hours per week? 

As a Tony Award winning Broadway Producer and more than 40-year-old regional theatre, RMT is seeking an energetic, versatile individual for the position of Accountant to support our mission of creating powerful theatre experiences that enrich, educate, and engage audiences – nourishing the human spirit, fostering valuable life skills, and cultivating a deeper sense of community. 

The Accountant is responsible for maintaining the fundamental aspects of RMT’s financial recordkeeping, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts receivable and assisting with accounts payable when needed, reconciling monthly bank and credit card statements, and proper documentation of all the above for outside audit purposes. 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+  Years of QuickBooks Pro/Premier experience 
  • 2-3 years Accounting experience  
  • Proficiency at Excel

Music Supervisor

As a Tony Award winning Broadway Producer and more than 40-year-old regional theatre, RMT is seeking an energetic, versatile individual for the position of Music Supervisor to support our mission of creating powerful theatre experiences that enrich, educate, and engage audiences – nourishing the human spirit, fostering valuable life skills, and cultivating a deeper sense of community.

The Music Supervisor is responsible for supervising all musical aspects of Red Mountain Theatre, including but not limited to: contracting musicians, accompanying season auditions, providing music supervision for summer programs, creating rehearsal tracks when needed, music directing any assigned productions and conducting/running orchestra sessions and recordings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Music and/or Music Education
  • 5+ years of music direction experience
  • Excellent communication skills- written, oral, visual.
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • High level piano/sight-reading skills

Patron Experience Manager

  • Focused on delivering experiences that exceed expectations?As a Tony Award-winning Broadway Producer and more than 40-year-old regional theatre, RMT is seeking an energetic, versatile individual for the position of Patron Experience Manager to support our mission of creating powerful theatre experiences that enrich, educate, and engage audiences – nourishing the human spirit, fostering valuable life skills, and cultivating a deeper sense of community.The Patron Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring that a patron’s engagement with RMT from initial purchase to departure from our facility is consistent with the organization’s brand, mission, and values. This position will develop policies, procedures, and people to deliver high-quality experiences within our facility that meet or exceed our patrons’ expectations. When the facility is open for patrons, this position is either physically present or has directed efforts of staff physically present.Qualifications:
  • Five years of customer service and management experience, live performance setting preferred
  • Confidence and grace in difficult circumstances
  • Proactive in anticipating and mitigating problems before they arise
  • Energetic approach to management of staff and volunteers with clear communication and direction while navigating multiple projects simultaneously

‪Over Hire Pool (Part-Time, Temporary Positions)

RMT is currently accepting resumes to fill paid Over Hire positions for all Production Departments. Positions range in length of commitment from a single work call (4 Hours) to the full run of a production. Available positions include Carpenter, Painter, Dresser, Stitcher, Sound Technicians, Electricians, Spot Light Operators, Stage Crew, Load-In & Strike Crews.
